What you're buying

The Programs are educational digital products — written lessons, audio lessons, worksheets, and related materials for personal and professional development. Access is delivered electronically, usually within minutes of purchase, via a personal access link sent to your email.

License and acceptable use

When you purchase a Program, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own development. You agree not to:

Your access link is personal to you. We may suspend or revoke access for a material breach of these Terms, such as sharing paid content.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card details. Purchases are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Free materials and email

If you request our free framework or workbook, you agree to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; transactional emails about a purchase you made may still be sent.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on this site and in the Programs are owned by 1000x Growth Systems and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1000x Growth Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Programs. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.
