We want you to feel good about your purchase. Our programs are digital products delivered instantly, and we back them with a simple guarantee.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you buy 1000X//30 — The 30-Day Install or The Money Map and decide it isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no interrogation. You don't need to justify your decision.

How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase confirmation email, or write to hi@lets1000x.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the word “refund” and your order details. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional days to appear.

After the 7 days

Because these are digital products you keep and can access in full immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 7-day window has passed. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, you never received access, or a technical issue is blocking you — contact us any time and we will make it right.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue at all, please reach out first — we respond quickly and would much rather solve it directly than have you open a dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in losing access to the program while the dispute is reviewed.
